Pictures from Berlin
Here are some pictures from this year's Internationale Funkausstellung (Consumer Electronics Show) in Berlin for all of you that couldn't come. They were taken with a Casio QV-10 camera that needs a lot of light to perform well, that explains the quality :(Both Sony and Sharp showed great commitment to the MD format. Sony had their complete range of MD recorders not only on display, but also ready to perform. The staff also seemed to know what they were talking about. Sharp also showed next years models, but they were hidden behind glass. The staff I spoke to couldn't give details about the new walkmen, but if they sound as good as they look, Sony will have to face some tough competition...
